We are very pleased with the service Anthony has given us (Refuge of Hope Church in New Rochelle). We had problems with Birds and Squirrels. Anthony was able to take out all of the birds and squirrels and cover and fix all the entrances to where they were entering. He did such an amazing job that we did not hesitate and called him to come to our home to take out the flying squirrels in our attic. Anthony is efficient , reliable, problem solver, great communicator and very knowledgeable. We would recommend Anthony to anyone and everyone. Mr Anthony is very professional, courteous and knowledgeable. He knows his job. He came to remove a bat from my house at 12:30 am the day before Thanksgiving. Called him and as he assured me he would get the bat out of my unit. He did. And walked through my house and checked everything. To assure me I would be ok. And he was right. Thank you Mr. Anthony for saving me from the bat. I would Refer you to anyone.

I had a *live* squirrel *inside my apartment* on a Saturday afternoon...I obviously made a bunch of frantic phone calls...Anthony was not only the only person who called me back, he also arrived when he said he would (a little over an hour after I called) and caught the squirrel within minutes. He’s a true pro. We plan to hire him to help us take the preventive measures necessary to avoid this ever happening again! I appreciate the awesome service and would definitely recommend Pinnacle Wildlife Control.

My family can not thank Anthony enough!!! Pinnacle Wildlife was the only company we contacted to remove a bat from our home that immediately responded to our call at 3:00am with a 24 hour advertisement. He was truly Heaven sent! Anthony answered the phone personally and came immediately to remove the bat from our home. He searched diligently until the animal was located! Anthony was professional and extremely competent! I would highly recommend this company to anyone in need of wildlife removal! In addition to his professional expertise Anthony was quite compassionate and kind - he contacted us later in the day with concern to check on my husband who was injured requiring emergency care when he initially encountered the bat. We had a bat fly into our house this past Saturday. Fortunately I was able to trap it and remove it myself. We called Pinnacle to come have a look at the entire house to make sure that this didn't happen again. Pinnacle showed up immediately, took a look at the house and sealed off our attic. Pinnacle was on time, polite, professional, were very knowledgable and charged a very fair price. Pinnacle is the only phone call you need to make if you're having a problem with animals who have made their way into your home!

I can’t recommend Pinnacle Wildlife Control highly enough. We had a bat flying around our house for 2 nights & it was unable to find its way out. We called Anthony based on the quality of his reviews and we weren’t disappointed. Our agreed plan was to call him as soon as the bat became active in the evening. He checked in with us before we even called him. The bat became active shortly thereafter and he came right over. Within minutes he had the bat in his hands. Anthony is very professional, knowledgeable and responsive and his prices are competitive. I highly recommend him for any bat-related issues you might have.

I had a ground hog greeting me every time I drove down my driveway at my home. I found Pinnacle online and chose them because their package deal seemed very fair. They responded quickly and were very professional. They knew exactly where to put the trap and caught the ground hog within the first hour!! They really know what they're doing! Bernice W. poor service. signed up a contract of $590 and they promised to work for 1 week to catch ground hogs. But it only worked for two days. you need to call them to reset the trap otherwise the trap won't work. After they trapped a ground hog, they took the cage trap and never came back. You need to remind them to come back and set the trap again. thanks the owner response. here is some add-on: I have signed up for a 7-day service. After the trap got a groundhog, I called them to reset it. They came on the 2nd day and took the trap. Then came back on the 3rd day with an empty reset trap. So during these two days, no trap was working. You sign up a 7-day service but you actually only got 3 days. What they SHOULD do it is: bring an empty trap at the time they reset the old one.

I had a skunk living under my porch and stinking up the house and neighborhood. Pinnacle came the same day, earlier than he initially said. He was very experienced, friendly, professional and responsive. Loves animals, loves his job. By the next morning the skunk was caught and later that day removed. Well worth the money. Don't usually write online reviews, but when you're trying to pick something like this, it helps, and he earned the rating.
